Texas Coronavirus Hospitalizations Declining

State health officials reported 11,074 COVID patients hospitalized in Texas as the state continues its steady drop from a record high 14,218 on Jan. 11. That decline, unfortunately, has coincided with a rapid rise in deaths reported by the state. Meanwhile, the drive-through vaccine hub at Texas Motor Speedway opens today to distribute up to 10,000 shots per day.
