A county in North Texas has more COVID vaccine than it knows what to do. The Erath County Vaccination Center says if you are eligible for a shot, come down. The county gets about 1,000 doses a week, and Stephenville Assistant Fire Chief Chuck Elliot, who helps oversee the county’s vaccine operations, says they have an excess. He says that not only Erath County residents but also anyone from across Texas are welcome to get the vaccine. Elliott said people are receiving a vaccine typically within a week of registering.
