Texas COVID-19 Update For Monday

From Texas DSHS: They will not update testing numbers Monday, Aug. 24. A network outage affected multiple state agencies, meaning not all labs were able to report their test results through the electronic lab reporting system. DSHS was not able to run quality checks on the testing data.

According to another source (Worldometer) and compiled by county reports, Texas had 4,514 new cases and 59 deaths.
