Texas Election Officials Blast Both Political Parties

Bexar County elections administrator Jacque Callanen says these letters from the parties are creating fear and confusion. In Texas, there is a series of checks and balances to ensure only citizens are voting, and the Secretary of State’s Office assigns voter registration numbers.
