A Texas death row inmate was put to death Tuesday night by lethal injection. A court convicted 57-year-old Rick Rhoades of murdering two brothers, Charles and Bradley Allen, during a home invasion robbery in Houston. Rhoades killed them less than a day after they released him on parole after serving a sentence for burglary.
