Texas Files Federal Lawsuit Over Illegal Immigration

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing the Biden administration to restore the Trump administration’s “Remain in Mexico” policy for illegal immigrants seeking asylum. Paxton argues that the Biden administration’s rescinding of Trump’s unlawful immigrants’ policy violates the U.S. Administrative Procedure Act. Paxton filed his lawsuit in federal court in Amarillo.
