Texas Joins Dozens Of States In Lawsuit Against JUUL

Attorney General Ken Paxton announced that Texas and 38 other states have launched a bi-partisan investigation into JUUL Labs, the company that markets electronic cigarettes. The multi-state investigation focuses on the targeting of underage users, claims about the nicotine content of its products, and statements regarding the risks, safety, and effectiveness as a smoking cessation device.
