Texas Prison Captain Jailed

A Captain of Correctional Officers at a state prison in Anderson County has been indicted by the Smith County grand jury for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. Officials are holding 47-year-old Larry Matthews, of Arp, in jail under $1-million bond. The alleged assault did not take place at the prison.
