Texas Rangers and Fannin County Deputies are investigating after a fatally shot Monday night at the Quick Stop Food Store in Savoy. Investigators say two men, both in their 30s, and a woman, were arguing outside the store when one of the men opened fire, killing the other man. The gunman was detained but released Tuesday morning without any charges filed.
