Texas Rangers Investigating Upshur County Inmate Death

Texas Rangers are investigating after an Upshur County jail inmate died. A deputy, who is also a licensed EMT, assisted jail staff after the inmate said he was feeling ill and suddenly became unresponsive. The inmate was identified as 65-year-old Omega Lynn McCellon and he was being held on two counts of sexual assault of a child.
