Texas Restaurants Can Open At 75% Friday

Restaurants in Texas will be able to open their dining rooms to 75% capacity Friday. The foodservice industry is the second-largest private employer in Texas. The pandemic caused the loss of about half of the industry’s 1.4 million jobs in Texas, and the Texas Restaurant Association is asking the state for a portion of the 11-billion-dollars from the federal CARES act.
