The Texas Education Agency (TEA) released controversial school district reports cards Wednesday morning. Districts are given letter grades A through F and the agency said the rating system is meant to improve accountability. Districts were also given ratings of “met requirement” and “improvement required” based on how schools performed in the 2017-2018 school year.
