Texas School Vaccine Mandates Overturned

Governor Abbott has won a round in his legal battle to prevent school districts from adopting mask mandates. Dallas ISD and several other school districts had adopted policies requiring people to wear face masks on campus to help limit the spread of COVID-19. Governor Abbott issued an executive order preventing those mandates, That court has sided with governor Abbott, overturning the lower court’s ruling, so the ban is back in effect.
