Texas Vote By Mail Dispute Headed To US Supreme Court

The fight to allow all Texans to vote by mail is now heading to the US Supreme Court. The Texas Democratic Party is challenging the state law that currently only allows those over 65, injured or disabled, or out of the country to vote by mail. Texas is one of seven states that now have an age restriction for voting by mail.
