Texas Vote by Mail Fight Continues In Harris County

The Texas Supreme Court has blocked Harris County from sending out 2.4-million unsolicited mail-in ballot applications to its registered voters. The county successfully argued its case in the lower court but will have to wait on sending out the applications until the state’s appeal can first hear the case. Texas Attorney General Paxton is celebrating the State Supreme decision.
