Texas Wesleyan Baseball Coach Fired

Texas Wesleyan baseball Coach Mike Jeffcoat was fired Thursday after he turned down a Colorado high school student interested in being recruited by the college. Jeffcoat told the player he no longer recruits any players from Colorado because they have had trouble passing the Fort Worth school’s drug test. He then wrote the player that he could thank his liberal politicians in Colorado.
