The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Big Pines Expands its Staff

Brooke Paddie

The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Big Pines is proud to announce the hiring of Brooke Paddie as the Vice President of Marketing and Resource Development. Paddie has worked for the Marshall ISD as their Director of Communications & Community Relations and then transitioned into the role of grant administrator for the 21st Century/ACE Grant partnering the Club with the MISD.

“The Boys & Girls Clubs play such an important part in any community, large or small. The programs provided by the Club engage and educate our youth in a safe environment, and that goes a long way in shaping these kids into prominent citizens of our communities as adults. I am thrilled to be part of an organization that impacts our youth and communities in such a positive way. I look forward to building on the great things these Clubs are already doing throughout East Texas.” said Paddie

Paddie will serve as part of the administrative team, marketing and focusing on corporate giving and grants for the entire organization. Paddie is the first employee hired since the merge between the Boys & Grils Clubs of the Big Pines and the Boys & Girls Club of Gregg County.

“I am excited to have Brooke on board. First, and most importantly, she is familiar with the Club and what we do for kids. The Paddies are donors, Chris was a former board president, and we worked together closely in the ACE grant.” said President & CEO, Bryan Partee. “Then, you add in her grant nd marketing experience, and it is a big boost for the Club,” Partee concluded.

Brooke Paddie graduated from Texas A&M University, and Chris Paddie is her husband 20 years. They have two sons Topher (16) and Noah (13). Brooke is a native East Texan, living in Marshall for the last 15 years and has over 20 years in advertising & communications

The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Big Pines serves East Texas youth in a 4,000 square mile area including the communities of Elysian Fields, Gilmer, Gladewater, Hallsville, Hughes Springs, Jefferson, Longview, Marshall, Mount Pleasant, Ore City, Waskom, and White Oak.
