The Paris News reports that the Paris City Council heard numerous complaints at this week’s meeting about customer service from Suddenlink Communications, now that the company has closed the store in Paris. Mayor Pro Tem Paula Portugal also shared a host of complaints about the company. Even city staff had difficulty making contact with the company. The Suddenlink Regional Vice President made it clear that the company would not reopen a store in Paris. There is a company government affairs representative who may be able to help with problems.
