Farmers and Artisan Market – Market Square Paris Saturday 8am – 1pm

PRCA Rodeo in Hugo “The Road to Vegas” this Friday and Saturday. Grand Entry at 8, main events to follow. Close to 600 contestants entered. The Top 15 cowboys and cowgirls are expected to attend.  Friday afternoon there will be a Rodeo Parade.

The Paris Education Foundation hosts the J. T. Davis Golf Tournament each year in June at the Paris Golf and Country Club.  The 2017 tournament will be held on Saturday, June 3rd. The format will be four person teams, with an 8:00 a.m. tournament and a 1:00 p.m. tournament. Proceeds from the tournament help with operational expenses of the Paris Education Foundation, and also provide scholarships for graduating Paris High School Seniors.  This tournament is the largest of its kind in East Texas.  If you would be interested in playing or sponsoring the tournament, please call the Paris Education Foundation office at 903-737-7400 Ext. 2572 or e-mail us at pef@parisisd.net.

June 2nd and 3rd The Red River Valley Tourism Association (RRVTA) would like to invite you to this year’s regional event of the season – the US Hwy 82/287 Yard Sale! In the Red River Valley area, North Texas and Southern Oklahoma on June 2nd & 3rd there will be yard sales, garage sales, sidewalk sales, farmers markets and flea markets LOCATED WITHIN participating communities covering 425 miles of the Highway 82 and Highway 287 corridors and beyond! From as far as New Boston in the east, to Munday and Seymour in the west, south to Henrietta and north to Quanah, and Frederick, Oklahoma points in between, you are sure to find lots of treasures. For a list of participating US Hwy 82/287 Yard Sale communities and locations where local maps and information can be picked-up.

Saturday June 3rd Chisum Varsity Cheerleaders will be having a garage sale/Bake Sale at Sandwich Etc parking lot 7-1 all proceeds go towards the 2017-2018 Cheer Squad summer camp.
