Third Annual Boots To Bells Kicks Off Christmas

Downtown Mt Pleasant came alive Thursday evening with jazzy blues, oldies music, and lighting of the lights. It was the Third Annual Boots to Bells Tree Lighting Celebration. Mayor Tracy Craig pointed out that the courthouse had one million lights.
