A third Moore, Oklahoma high school student has died after a group of cross-country runners was stuck by a speeding pickup earlier this month. Reportedly, 18-year-old Kolby Crum was among seven members of the Moore High School cross-country team a truck hit while they were running on a sidewalk. Investigators say 57-year-old Max Leroy Townsend faces charges of manslaughter, DWI, and leaving the scene of an accident.
