Three Dead In Crash Near Commerce

State Troopers were dispatched to a major crash on SH 224 between Commerce and Neylandville at about 7:40 this morning after an eastbound car went into the westbound lane,  went into a side skid and rolled about 30 feet down an embankment and into the Sulphur River where it landed upside down. The vehicle was occupied by an adult and two children, who were pronounced dead at the scene.  The crash is under investigation.
