Three East Texans Named To SRA Board

Governor Greg Abbott has appointed three East Texans to the Sabine River Authority board of directors for terms to expire in July 2023. Those appointed are Janie Walenta, of Quitman, Thomas  Beall, of Milam, and Andrew Mills, of Hemphill. The board’s purpose is to conserve, store, control, preserve, utilize and distribute the waters of the Sabine and its tributaries.
