Three East Texas Children Missing

On April 1, 2022, Marion County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to 2105 NE 182ND Place in Citra to assist the Department of Children and Families (DCF) with a court order to take custody of Kelton, Connor, and Titus. Due to the parents, Jarod Donald LaDuke (DOB: 3/10/1993, H: 5’8”) and Ashley Sue Winningham (DOB: 5/8/1994, H: 5’5”) avoiding the efforts of DCF staff to assess the well-being of the children, it is believed the children’s safety is at risk.
