Three Killed In Accidents Over Weekend

Michael Moore, 58, of Longview, died after crashing his Harley Davidson into a pole on Saturday afternoon in Marion County. It happened around 4:15 on FM 729, 13 miles west of Jefferson.

Friday morning, a crash on TX-300 and FM-726 claimed the life of Regena D. Avila, 52, of Gilmer. It was the second fatal accident in Upshur County since Thursday morning. The first crash was about five miles west of Gilmer and claimed the life of Judy Henderson, 64, of Gilmer.
