Titus County Arrests

Bond has been denied for a Mt. Pleasant man arrested by Titus County deputies.   Raul Levya was taken into custody on a motion to revoke his probation for DWI with 3 priors.

Titus County deputies arrested a man and woman for release of surety on a previous felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and previous misdemeanor charge ofr possession of marijuana. Rebecca Winkler was released on $11,500 bond. Stephen Eugene Winkler remained in jail on the same bond amount.
