Deputies arrested 56-year-old James H. McBride, of Pittsburg, in Titus County on an Upshur County warrant for Terroristic Threat causing fear of Serious Bodily Injury. His bond was set at $3500.

Kilpatrick

Deputies arrested 62-year-old Gary Kilpatrick, of Dekalb, in Titus County on three counts of Indecency with a Child Sexual Contact. He was also charged on a warrant from New Boston for Indecent Assault. His bond was set at $153,000 and he remains behind bars.
