Officials arrested 41-year-old Michael F. Villanueva, of Mt Pleasant, on warrants for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tampering with Evidence, and several Class C misdemeanors. Bond was set at $12,000 for the felony charges, and fines were assessed for most of the misdemeanors.

Bond has been set at $21,500 for a man arrested in Titus County for DWI with three or more priors, which is a felony. They charged 26-year-old Oscar Manuel Nieto with accident involving injury or death, failure to appear and several misdemeanors.
