Titus County Deputies arrested 51-year-old Pamela Higgins Wednesday. She’s accused of Possession of a Controlled Substance. The charge will be enhanced because the offense allegedly occurred in a Drug-Free Zone. She is also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deputies arrested 29-year old Jesse Robert Moreno Thursday for Possession of a Penalty Group 1 Controlled Substance. Bond information has not been set.
Titus County arrested 24-year old Kendra Sanchez-Gonzalez for Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug-Free Zone. She also charged on several outstanding traffic warrants.
Deputies booked 24-year-old Jessica Vasquez into the Titus County Jail Thursday. She’s accused of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
