Titus County Judge Brian Lee reported Thursday that there were 14 new cases of COVID-19, 11 of which were from Civic Center testing. Judge Lee said he was unsure if the latest figures represented current activity or are delayed results from Civic Center testing that all came in at once. There are currently 1,592 cumulative cases of the virus since testing began in March.
