Titus County COVID-19 – 1,165

Titus County, ending Wednesday, has 1,165 cumulative cases with 843 recoveries. The report did not include any results from the final 156 July 14 Civic Center tests. The state’s health department and the Texas Division of Emergency Management say they can’t find the test results! The county is at the mercy of these agencies for those test results.
