A Mt. Pleasant husband and wife have been arrested on first degree felony drug charges. 34 year old Kimberly Reneaugh Harris and 45 year old Phil Lester Harris were taken into custody by a Titus County deputy for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. Bond for each suspect was set at $100,000. Children found at the home were turned over to Child Protective Services.
