TItus County Donates Land For Animal Shelter

Titus County Commissioners have donated four acres of land to the City of Mt Pleasant to build a new animal shelter. The proposed $2 million shelter will be built at the corner of Industrial Road and Enterprise Boulevard. Plans also call for a dog park and set of walking trails. The new shelter will be three times the size of the existing shelter.
