Deputies arrested 24-year-old Deven Rosser of Clarksville on Red River County warrants. He was charged with Assault and Abandon/Endanger Child.
Deputies arrested 34-year-old Melanie Williams of Lonestar in Titus County for Possession of a Controlled Substance. She also had a narcotics warrant out of Morris County.
