Titus County Judge Lee Update On COVID-19

Titus County Judge Brian Lee reported on Facebook that there are currently 90 cases of COVID in the county. He also stated that TRMC has 26 patients in the hospital, the highest number to date. Patients are staying longer and are generally sicker than recent previous populations. The hospital added three new COVID rooms out of necessity. At one point, the Emergency Room had five COVID patients due to the high number. The DSHS reports on its Coronavirus Dashboard that Titus County has had 60 deaths from the virus.
