Titus County Jail
After deliberating for less than an hour, a Titus County jury has found Octavious Rhymes guilty of aggravated kidnapping. Rhymes will be tried separately on the related murder charge. Rhymes, Jonathan Kyle Sanford, José Antonio Ponse and Samantha Wohlford were accused of kidnapping and murdering Ernest Ibarra Junior in February of 2015. Sanford and Ponse pleaded guilty to the charges and have already been sentenced to 50 years in prison.
