Titus County Man Jailed In Hopkins County

A 36-year-old Winfield man was arrested after he was stopped by a State Trooper on I-30 in Hopkins County for having an expired registration and no front plate. Bradley McQueen was seen by the trooper hiding something in his pants, which was later found to be methamphetamine, and when he was told he was under arrest was searched by the trooper but became combative. He was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport. Hopkins County deputies assisted the trooper in the arrest.
