A 27-year-old Titus County man has pleaded guilty in federal court in Texarkana to felony drug charges. Gerardo Cabrera Ramirez conspired to distribute controlled substances and agreed to forfeit $7,500 in drug proceeds. Ramirez admitted that he is personally responsible for distributing more than 500 grams of methamphetamine, which he had obtained from two other suspects.
