Titus County Man Sentenced In Upshur County Shooting

Steven Seth Rosewell, of Cookville, pleaded guilty in Upshur County Tuesday to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He drove the woman around several area counties for several hours and shot her after she tried to get out of his car. He later dropped her off, unattended in front of a Longview hospital. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison
