Titus County Murder Suspects Accept Plea Bargain

Two of the four defendants charged with kidnapping and murdering Ernest Lee Ibarra Jr.  have reached  plea bargains with Titus County prosecutors.  27 year old José Antonio Ponse of Pittsburg and 25 year old  Johnathan Kyle Sanford of Daingerfield  decided to plead guilty in exchange for a sentence of 50 years  in prison.  Also charged in the case are  the victim’s  common law wife Samantha Wohlford and  Octavious Lamar Rhymes. They are awaiting trial in the Titus County jail.
