Toddler Drowns In ET Lake

A 15-month-old East Texas toddler drowned in Lake Palestine over the weekend. Henderson County authorities say a babysitter was out walking with at least three children in Coffee City and one of the children wandered into Lake Palestine. The babysitter then pulled the child from the lake and ran to a nearby house to call for help and start CPR. The child died later at a Tyler hospital.
