Top Texas High School Football Program Dealing With COVID-19

Another top Texas high school football program is dealing with covid-19 issues. The Aledo ISD announced that they postponed this weekend’s scheduled game between Aledo and Mansfield Timberview. District officials say coronavirus cases and quarantines had hit the Aledo High’s program. Aledo-Mansfield Timberview reportedly will be rescheduled for a later date. It was a highly-anticipated matchup, with both teams ranked in the top six in the state in class 5a division two. Earlier this season, a COVID outbreak forced Highland Park to put its program on hold.
