Over 200 people attended a Town Hall Meeting in Honey Grove this week to discuss a proposed wind farm in Fannin County between Dodd City and Honey Grove. The developer, Cielo Wind Farm of Chile, with U.S. headquarters in Austin, seeks 25-year leases from area landowners. Judge Randy Moore urged those in attendance to consult a lawyer before signing any agreements with developers.
