Tractor-Trailor Hits Livestock At Winnsboro

Before 3:30 Monday morning, an 18-wheeler, southbound on TX 37, struck a cow a quarter-mile from Winnsboro’s city limits. Reportedly, the driver was not injured but left the road on the east side and ended jackknifed in the ditch.
