Trial Of Deport Mayor John Mark Francis Postponed

The trial of Deport Mayor John Mark Francis has been postponed. Francis was indicted for theft of more than $2500 but less than $30,000 two years ago. Francis maintains he has done nothing wrong. The trial was delayed because at least one witness was unavailable for the trial and district court was busy with a sexual assault trial.
