Testimony is underway in New Boston for a man accused of sexual misconduct with an 11-year-old girl. The defendant, 23-year-old Shaquy I. Blackwell, turned down a plea bargain with prosecutors that would have sent him to prison for three years. If convicted in court, Blackwell faces between two and 20 years behind bars.
