Tribes File Lawsuit in Gaming Compact Dispute

The Choctaw, Cherokee, Chickasaw, and Potawatomi nations have filed a lawsuit against the US Department of the Interior and Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt. Tribal leaders claim in the 97 page lawsuit that Stitt had no authority to renew gaming compacts with the Comanche Nation and the Otoe-Missouria Tribe.
