Tropical Depression To Become “Barry” Today, May Spare NE Texas

The storm in the Gulf is expected to become Tropical Storm Barry tonight and is forecast to eventually become Hurricane Barry by the weekend. The latest forecast issued by the National Hurricane Center has shifted a little but keeps the projected path of soon to be Barry over Northeast Texas. There is still a decent amount of uncertainty in what could eventually happen.
