Two from Sulphur Springs were arrested after police were called to Trinity Mother Frances-Sulphur Springs Hospital. Michael Carl Spradling and Marsha Deeann McRight, both 38 were each charged with possession of more than 1 but less than 4 grams of methamphetamine. Bond for each suspect was set at $10,000.
