Two Arrested For Sexual Assault

Hopkins County Criminal Investigation Division investigated and obtained arrest warrants for Koby Chase Mahl, 20, of Cumby, and Emily Rutherford, 18, of Miller Grove. Officials charge both with aggravated sexual assault and they are in Hopkins County Jail under a $100,000 bond each.
